Self-Care Workshops and Intro to Ayurveda

Come to a workshop to learn how Ayurveda*, the healing science of yoga, can help you align with nature’s rhythms to support your body’s innate capacity to heal. We explore the five elements of Vedic cosmology, the twenty attributes, and the three doshas (forces). The class will help you determine your own unique constitution, learn how to harmonize your lifestyle with nature’s rhythms, and experience breathing and meditation practices for stress-relief.

A consultation with me can offer you ways  to move in closer harmony with nature in your daily rhythms, diet, and lifestyle choices. Are you ready to claim your own wisdom and authority? I have been on this journey for a while and can support you in yours. I can offer you methods for finding your own answers to your questions.



Writing workshops are currently held in Livingston,Montana. The workshops are for anyone wanting to explore writing in a supportive community. The workshops are limited to no more than 9 participants, in a comfortable, private setting.  I provide group guidelines, short readings, and writing prompts for several writing periods of 5 to 20 minutes each, after which we will have the opportunity (but not the obligation) to share what we have written, and to offer non-critical feedback on each other’s writing.
